Gwilym – WOD – Thursday 24th November 2011

The non assuming, humble guy that he is forget to tell us of his birthday yesterday, so in true CrossFit fashion we celebrate his new age by smashing ourselves with a nasty WOD. Happy Birthday Gwil!

3 rounds for time:
15 Thrusters (42.5kg/30kg)
15 Pull ups
After the first round complete 21 Burpees, 15 after round 2 and 9 after round 3.
