After the awesome news yesterday about the additional opening hours I have another announcement! We are sometimes guilty of not spending enough time mobilizing and addressing any movement issues that impact our performance in workouts. With that in mind Danny has kindly offered to run a weekly mobility session which will address individual mobility issues with a goal of improving your efficiency in WODs.
Plus he’s promised a stand up comedy routine with each session too. I AM NOT JOKING.
They will start tomorrow night and run every Thursday.
Thursday 7pm – Mobility Class (with Coach Danny)
