WOD – Monday 30th April 2012

Today we almost lost 8 CFC members and 3 of the Coaching team during a horrific mountain adventure when Hurricane Navid struck. It was like Cliffhanger but with less killing and more Nandos. I’d like to take this opportunity to highlight the fact that #TeamBeard were completely absent from this mission as they were too busy grooming their ridiculous facial disorders.

Good luck to Brad who starts working for CrossFit Cardiff today. We are in the process of setting up some membership software but for now could you all just sign in when you use the gym so we have a better idea of how effective the Open Gym time is.

Gymnastic Skills Tests:
A1: 3 mins max rep Muscle Ups
A2: 2 mins max rep HSPU
A3: 1 min max rep Press Ups

B: 5 rounds for total time:
Run 100m
10 Overhead Squats (50kg/35kg)
10 Box Jumps (30″/24″)
Rest 1 min
