WOD – Tuesday 8th May 2012

After the glorious success that was the #FindGronow campaign it is with great anticipation that I announce the Find Mugsy Appeal. There was a time, not so long ago that an incredible athlete, Steve ‘Mugsy’ Magee walked through our doors and crushed all wods that stood in his way. He once kipped so hard during a pull up that he tore the fabric of time. He was that good.

I urge you all to take time out of your day to text/facebook message/call/tweet/spotify/bitch slap Steve words of encouragement to bring him back into the CrossFit Cardiff family. We miss you Steve, please come home.
