WOD – Wednesday 23rd May 2012

Sometimes folk (mainly just Navid Falatoori) want to know the workout a little earlier, so they can prepare themselves mentally for it. Sometimes that works out well for them, sometimes not so much.

There is literally nothing better than throwing down in the sort of awesome weather we had today! Just ask this red hot BAMF!!

Reebok CrossFit Cardiff WOD:

3 rounds for time:
Run 1km
50 Burpees
50 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
