Reebok CrossFit Cardiff WOD:

A: 200m repeats x 5
Within a 2 min time cap run 200m for time, rest for the remainder of 2 mins. Repeat for a total of 5 x 200m. Record time for each 200m. The goal is for there to not be more than a 3 second variance between your slowest and fastest interval.
