I only wish we had a video camera on Coach Brad during tonight’s WOD. I’ve never seen Kettlebell Swings performed so quickly or with such little fear of hitting the bell into his own head. His victory roll around the gym at the climax of the wod was also a memorable highlight. The spewing and subsequent wod hangover afterwards not so much though.
Reebok CrossFit Cardiff WOD:
A: Establish a 1RM Jerk within 15 minutes
B: Within a 5 min time cap perform an AMRAP of:
10 Wall Balls (10kg/7kg)
10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (40kg/30kg)
10 Box Jumps (20″ for men and women)
Rest 1 min. Repeat for a total of 3 rounds.
