Fantastic news gang! Ryan and Lisa have got engaged! We will be having our first Reebok CrossFit Cardiff wedding!! (and more excitedly STAG DOOOO!!!)

Even Coach Andy Balmforth Nipplewank III is excited about the news…

Reebok CrossFit Cardiff WOD:

A: Every minute, on the minute for 10 minutes (EMOM)
3 Power Cleans (Touch and Go) – As heavy as possible whilst still maintaining good form. Aim for at least 80% of your 1RM.

B: 9-7-5-3
Deadlifts (140kg/100kg)
Handstand Push Ups*

*If unable to perform HSPUs then an appropriate scaling option will be provided.
