No hilarious blog post tonight sorry gang, I have a heavily pregnant wife who wants my ass in bed. For those of you who live in a cave though, this is what is going down next weekend in California. Oh, and Coach Danny will be there eating hotdogs and getting his lobster tan on!!

Reebok CrossFit Cardiff WOD:

A: 8 min AMRAP:
5 Shoulders to Overhead Anyhow (70kg/45kg)
10 Burpees

B: 8 min AMRAP:
5 Toes to Bar
10 Sumo Deadlift Highpulls (40kg/25kg)
