With the Divided We Fall Games fast approaching we will be doing more workouts together as a team. Today’s workout is designed with 4 team members in mind (3 men and 1 woman)….
A: Within a 10 min time cap:
Max distance Team Row
then immediately…
B: Establish a 1RM Front Squat for each team member within a 5 min time cap (Score is combined highest weight lifted as a team)
C: Team Chipper (Partition the work between you as required, with only one person working at a time):
50 Handstand Press Ups
150 Power Snatch (35kg/25kg)
250 Thrusters (35kg/25kg)
500 Double Unders
1000m Run (all must run together, clock stops when last team member crosses the finish line)
