WOD – Monday 13th August 2012

There is a slight change to Opening Hours this week:
Tuesday 14th August – There will be NO Open Gym between 3pm-5pm. The 5pm class is cancelled but there will be open gym 5-6pm instead.
Saturday 18th August – The gym will be CLOSED as we are hosting an Olympic Weighting Seminar with the legit dudes Pete Brzezinka and Jamie Crichton. Places are still available for this fantastic hands on seminar by clicking here.

For those of you not attending the Weightlifting Seminar I am going to organise something fun for us to do…(by fun I mean heinous)

CrossFit Caerphilly Grand Opening Report

We had a cracking time at the opening of CrossFit Caerphilly today! Well done to all those who came along and represented Reebok CrossFit Cardiff excellently. And it was a nice day out for Zipper too. It makes a Coach proud to see his athletes showing exceptional tekkers in a competition style setting. After I had to no-rep my team mates Laura and Nav a few times I was proud of you guys too!

Reebok CrossFit Cardiff WOD:

A: Establish a 5RM Push Press within a 15 minute time cap

B: 8 min AMRAP:
5 Squat Cleans (60kg/40kg)
10 Press Ups (with Hand Release)
25 Double Unders
