Open Gym 10am – 12 noon, there is no normal 11am class
Congratulations to the August ‘On Ramp’ graduates (some of them anyway!). Make sure you introduce yourself to Karen, Gary and Emma gang and make them feel part of the family. I’ve already warned them about ‘Raper’ so don’t worry about that.

Every minute, on the minute for 30 minutes perform the following:
5 Pull ups
10 Push ups
15 Squats
If you fall behind the clock keeps going for thirty minutes so see how many rounds you can complete.
