A: Handstand Press Up tekkers. If you are able to perform HSPUs then practice to a deficit (ie plates or parralettes). Perform 3 sets for max reps.
B: 15 min AMRAP:
25 Double Unders
20m Burpee Broad Jumps (For the burpee hands MUST start on the ground where the feet land from the broad jump)
15 Kettlebell Swings (24kg/16kg)
