Row 2km & 100 burpees (Two people share the burpees, one person rows at the same time- rotate rower as needed)

20  x 10 metre double Front rack KB lunges (24/16) - share the work as needed

Row 1km & 50 burpees (Two people share the burpees, one person rows at the same time- rotate rower as needed)
