Part A:  Deadlifts  

  • 7 reps at 80% of 1 rep max  
  • 5 reps at 85% of 1 rep max  
  • 3 reps at 90% of 1 rep max

Part B: 3 rounds for time: 

  • 400m run  
  • 12 deadlifts (100/70)  
  • 21 box jumps (24/20)
