On a 30 minute running clock:  

  • 5 power cleans EMOM from 0-6 minutes  
  • 3 power clean EMOM from 6-12 minutes  
  • 1 power clean EMOM from 12-18 minutes 

Rest then for 6 minutes (to 24mins)

6 Minute AMRAP (24-30mins)

  • 3 burpees over the bar 
  • 5 power cleans  (60/40)
  • 6 burpees over the bar 
  • 5 power cleans (60/40)
  • 9 burpees over the bar 
  • 5 power cleans  (60/40)
  • 12 burpees over the bar 
  • 5 power cleans  (60/40)
  • 15 burpees over the bar . . .
