I am living in Aberdare and recently returned from living and working away. I was a member of Crossfit St Kilda, Melbourne Australia for 7 months. I have not been to a class for over two months due to coming back to wales, and I am feeling the itch for a Crossfit session. Am I able to pop in for one off session if I am in the area or do I still need to do an induction course before I attend?
