WoD - Tuesday 10th June 2014

Apologies for the late post but I was down the pub, supporting the brilliant minds of Reebok CrossFit Cardiff who were kicking butt in the Monday night pub quiz. So good was my support, that they went and won the sucker! Congratulations team!! They didn't however manage to pick the correct key, the key that opens the chest to a thousand pounds. Sorry to say then, no new airdynes this week!!

GUYS JUST AS A REMINDER, THERE IS A LEVEL 1 AT THE BOX THIS COMING WEEKEND, SO IT WILL BE SHUT. THERE IS A NOTE ON THE BOARD, BUT THE BOAT SHED ARE HAPPY TO HAVE US AND WE CAN ORGANISE AN OUTDOOR SESSION IF YOU WOULD LIKE.
