A: 4 Rounds each for time of:

30 Double Unders 15 Thrusters (40/30kg) Rest 2mins between each round

B: 3 Rounds for time of:

20 Air Squats 10 Push Press (60/40kg) Rest 2 mins between rounds

C: 2 Rounds for time of:

15 Burpees 5 Deadlifts (100/80kg) Rest 2mins between rounds
