A: Barbell Efficiency:

Complete the following reps of Power cleans (50/35kg)

15 - 12 - 9 - 6 - 3 Rest 60s between sets

Each rep must look exactly like the one before. This is NOT about time, it's about movement.

B: 5 Rounds for Time:

3 Rope Climbs (15') 9 Deadlift (120/90kg) 30 Double unders
