You lived! Nice work team! That was a seriously spicy workout which brought out some significant weaknesses in all of our games. Regardless if you rocked the pistols, or HSPUs, or DB thrusters or muscle ups, then you will have sucked at the single arm overhead squats. We all have something, every single one of us.
