WOD - Tuesday 23rd May 2017

Part A  - 15 minute EMOM 

  • 1 Hang squat clean  

start light and build up through the 15 minutes ending with a 1 rep max  

   

Part B - 3 rounds for time: 

  • 7 hang squat cleans (75% of your 1RM) 
  • 21 pull ups
