Partner WOD!! 

10 minute AMRAP :

  • 7 power cleans (50/35)
  • 10 wall balls  (20/14) (10ft height for everyone) 

10 minute AMRAP 

  • 7 push press (50/35) 
  • 10 box jumps (24/20)  

Complete one full round then swap there will be no rest between AMRAP's, it will be done on a 20 minute running clock.
