Well that brought Monday home with a massive ginger bang! Who doesn't like burpees again?? Oh yeah...EVERYONE!! 

Well anyway, now that that is over, we can chill our "booties" a little and focus on getting those suckers ready to give folk whiplash when you walk by them on the beach; throughout this UP AND COMING summer!
