B: 5 Rounds for time of:

15 Deadlifts (85/50kg) 15 TTB

C: 3 sets of: 20 GHD Sit Ups* Rest 60s 20 Back Extensions Rest 60s

*whichever level you are at - partial ROM of full ROM - DON'T BE A HERO, the weeks you will have to take off through muscular soreness will not be worth it!!
