A:10min AMRAP 6 power snatch (50/35kg) 6 hspus

5min rest

B:10min AMRAP 12 STOH (50/35kg) 12 pull ups

For part A one person snatches while the other does the hspus. Athletes then swap after both have completed the prescribed number of reps. The same is for part B.
