Mostly you are able to decide who you surround yourselves with. Sometimes though, you are forced to spend large amounts of time with others who will do nothing but tell you your problems, and inform you of what you are not able to do. Day after day I see CrossFitters give that type of person a big fuck you; watch this!! With a strong mind, anything is possible.
