So the day is finally upon us!!! Reebok CrossFit Cardiff 2.0 is open to the public (even though it has been for 2 months already)!! The red tape is being cut at 11:00. Thank you everyone, for your unbelievably hard work over the last few weeks. We have been blown away by the support that we have had!
The plan is as follows:
Doors open - 11:00 General Loafing around, drinking coffee and kissing babies - 11:00 - 12:00 Hero WoD - 13:00 (The Boatshed are coming over to throwdown for help for heroes) General Loafing around, drinking coffee and kissing babies - 14:00 - 15:00 Partner WoD - 15:00 - 16:00 You guessed it - 16:00 - close (when the last person leaves)
