A: Using 65% of your 1RM Power snatch perform the following reps for efficiency NOT speed.

12 - 9 - 6 - 9 - 12

Rest 1min between sets and unless a part of you is going to separate from it's attachment then do NOT drop the bar, touch and go!

B: Within 10mins complete as many rep of the following ascending ladder.

2 - 4 - 6 - 8 - 10...etc

Power Snatch (50/35kg) CTB Pull Up

Simply add up the total of reps completed for your final score.
