A) Turkish Get Up Practice.  You can only be considered truly proficient in this movement when you can perform it with another person as the weight.  For the purposes of today though, please only try this with a Kettlebell ;)

B) 3 Rounds for time

  • 4 Turkish Get Ups - Alternating arm (24/16)
  • 8 Deadlifts (100/70kg)
  • 16 GHD Sit Ups
  • 32 Double Unders
