That is a win!! Even if you guys have bruised bits: knees, elbows, shoulders, shins, butts and maybe even...the face (although I'm definitely not keen on a messed up face)...but at least no one died!! Cracking job! It means we can walk on our hands again!!

Every 2minutes, for 5 Rounds:
20 Burpees
15 GHD sit ups
Max rep Double Unders*
No rest between rounds, as soon as the two minutes rolls around, begin your next rounds of burpees. 

*Continue a running count for all five rounds....please post one number to the whiteboard at the end...
