'Fight Gone Bad' - Tuesday 14th April 2015

Tomorrow we retest a classic Benchmark workout, one the On Rampers will be intimately familiar with... Go hard, rest on your back, rinse and repeat... 

Three rounds of:

Wall-ball, 10kg/6kg ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo Deadlift High-Pull, 35kg/25kg (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 35kg/25kg (Reps)

Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

Then, each athlete performs as a relay:
6 Burpee Box Jumps (20")
6 Power Cleans (70kg/45kg)
Then, each athlete performs as a relay:
9 Burpee Box Jumps (20")
9 Power Cleans (70kg/45kg)
Etc, adding 3 reps to each exercise, each round...

In teams of 3, with each person starting at a different station, perform the prescribed amount of reps then rotate to the next station. You cannot rotate until every team member has completed all the reps at their station...
